This is the first prototype of a ten string acoustic "F" style mandolin, made for me by Michael Marian of Stewart Manor, New York. I have been playing a Roberts "Tiny Moore" model electric five string since purchasing one from Tiny himself in 1987, and was looking for an acoustic equivalent, with a low "C" string. Michael has been designing and building instruments since 1969.
